We are delighted to announce that one of our Art students at Wren Academy has been selected in The Arts Society and RBA Star Students Competition.  Tea H's (last year Year 13 Piccadilly who has now gone to study Animation at Edinburgh University) work was initially selected by The Arts Society at our annual summer exhibition, because it was of a very high standard and the community had the difficult task of selecting just 20 works from so many wonderful works of art. 

Tea’s Artwork went onto be selected by the Education Committee at The Royal Society of British Artists where it will be exhibited at the Mall Galleries in Central London in March.  This is an experience which has helped many students gain confidence and valuable career insight as they will have an opportunity to sell their artwork, which will also feature in the exhibition catalogue.

In other great news, Art students have produced a fantastic body of work so far this term. We would like to congratulate students who have already received Artist of the week. A special commendation to Jacob C - 10 Ludgate, Erika K - 10 Bow, Esther N - 7 Bow and Izzy T - 7 Holborn whose work is on display in the Art and Design department.
