The Year 2 African Drumming Workshop was a vibrant and exciting experience for all the students!

The workshop introduced the children to the rhythms and traditions of African drumming, allowing them to explore different beats and instruments. In addition to drumming, the children had the opportunity to hear traditional African stories, learn energetic African dance moves and even create art by painting with stamps to symbolize various African animals.

This engaging combination of music, dance, storytelling and art provided a fun and immersive way to introduce their geography topic on Africa, helping the children deepen their understanding of African culture and traditions.
