Reception Trip to Willows Farm 

This term, the Reception children had an exciting adventure at Willows Farm, on the hottest day of the year! 

They started their day with a ride on Tristan the Tractor, where they spotted baby lambs and some very large cows. As they made their way to the Peter Rabbit Show, they were delighted to be greeted by Benjamin Bunny. During the show, the children helped Peter Rabbit make strawberry jam, singing along to help him remember the steps! 

The fun did not stop there. They had the chance to feed donkeys and goats and even got to pet a friendly guinea pig. After lunch, the excitement continued as the children panned for gold and cheered on the sheep during their thrilling races. 

To end their unforgettable day, everyone cooled off at the splash park before heading home with smiles and stories to share!
